This session will discuss how IT can simplify and align with the LOB priorities and be included in the strategic discussions to deliver stakeholder value. Learn how to speak the language of the business, innovate and get projects approved.
We will discuss the new roles in the modern organizational structures and techniques and tools including ROI Calculators, Personas, Journey Maps, Technology Radars, Design Thinking and Roadmaps.
