Reminder: Deadline to Earn Points is February 28, 2021

To qualify for the 2021/22 Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discount #2 you must have earned at least 50 points by

February 28, 2021.

The reporting period is March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021. Discounts will be awarded July 1, 2021 – June 30,

2022.

Progress toward 2021/22 Discount #2 – Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points will be updated by the 15th of the

month following the month the record was received and verified.

To request a breakdown of your points, email wellness@pima.gov with your EIN.

You can always check your progress towards 2021-22 Discounts in MyADP.
