- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent customer service skills and listening skills and ability to follow directions
- MUST provide your own uniform which consists of a white tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, black
tuxedo pants, black socks and black slip resistant shoes.
- Reliable transportation (worksite is not on a bus line)

HOSPITALITY JOB BARTENDER
BARTENDER – Job Order: 1111467 SUMMARY: Seeking individuals to prepare and serve beverages at dinners and special events
while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner. Shift times vary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Advertise, market and recommend menu options to guests to increase satisfaction.
- Communicate product knowledge to facilitate guest decision making.
- Create a welcoming environment for guest to provide a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain all sanitation procedures and food/beverage safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility in regard to work assignments and work schedule.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartender experience
- TiPS Certified, preferred
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- MUST provide your own uniform which consists of a white tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, black
tuxedo pants, black socks and black slip resistant shoes.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES: Ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision.
Frequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances. Ability to bend and
climb stairs when necessary. Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly.
Salary: $11 per hour (plus tips)

Primary Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous
and professional manner. Work in various retail environments between Baltimore City and
Columbia, MD. Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders
occasionally during shift. Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time. Ability to
work outdoors, if needed. Various shifts available.
Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver’s License, vehicle and current insurance.
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with
all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific
sites. Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
Able to obtain a valid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying.
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation
and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
