Manufactured from G.R.P (glass reinforced fibre). All doors are pressure moulded to give a high definition, timber appearance. Unaffected by weather and temperature variations.

Styles and rails are water resistent polymer that are bonded to the skin and then all is filled with a 100% CFC Free Polyurethene insulation core.

The high definition GRP skins give the feel and look of real wood with the benefit of a structural 10 year guarantee.

low MaintenanceOur doors are hardwearing, requiring very little maintenance. The 2mm through-coloured GRP skin comes with a 10 year surface finish warranty. Their easy clean surface simply requires an occasional wash with soapy water. Oiling of the security door locks will keep your door performing perfectly.

triple Glazed Zinc art RangeOur Triple Glazed designs are constructed using hand-cut bevels and textured glass pieces, which are then assembled using traditional stained glass methods into a Zinc cane. This is then encapsulated between two pieces of tempered safety glass to give excellent thermal and sound insulation with the added benefit of an easy to clean smooth surface. This range includes Abstract, Prairie, Royale, Simplicity, Andaman, Flores, Kara and Scotia.

twin Glazed fusion art RangeOur Fusion Art design, Murano, combines a simple etched glass effect with stunning fused glass tiles. These are bonded to the surface to provide a 3-dimensional effect that can not only be seen, but felt. This range uses the finest materials and the most up-to-date techniques to produce a design that is simple, yet retracts light beautifully, to create a focal point to your entranceway.

twin Glazed overlay art RangeOur range of Overlay designs incorporate genuine lead strips, coloured effect films and hand-crafted bevelled glass. All the decorative elements are on the outer pane of tempered safety glass and you can choose from a wide range of Pilkington textured glass options (see page 21) for the inner pane to give varying levels of privacy. Our Overlay range includes Crystal Inspiration and Diamonds.

twin Glazed Resin art RangeOur Resin designs are manufactured using state-of-the-art resin dispensing equipment to create the outline and then the colours are hand-painted. The Resins offer an alternative to lead profiles and create much finer lines and are shown with our popular Pewter colour. A choice of Pilkington textured glass is also available. Our Resin range includes Mackintosh Rose and Fleur.

For our Overlay and Resin Art designs, it is possible to offer matching decorative glass for custom or composite sidelights and toplights, or to simply compliment the designs by using the same backing glass options.

For our Zinc Art designs, due to the complex manufacturing techniques involved, it is only possible to have matching decorative glass by using a composite sidelight.

Back Door options

Clear GlassBack doors can be supplied with Clear glass or a textured glass from the range of Pilkington Glass options shown on Page 21.

Venetian BlindThe Venetian blind is encapsulated within the insulated glass cavity of this Doorlite to provide a zero maintenance blind that requires no cleaning. The blind can be raised, lowered or tilted easily using the unobtrusive fingertip controls on the edge of the frame. Blinds are not available with textured glass.
