Homes by DeSantis has always had a history of giving, philanthropy never goes out of style! On October 18th the ladies of Homes by DeSantis attended Tinsel Tuxedos & Tapas – a dinner and fashion event in support of the Dr.Bob Kemp Hospice. The HHHBA serves as a title sponsor for the event and their staff and builders joined Vogue Models and Talent on

the runway in the fashion show. With two tables, front row and centre to the catwalk we had ideal position to watch our President Gabriel DeSantis strut his stuff as a guest model (he’s such a good sport). With delicious food, amazing prizes and fashion the 600 ladies in attendance would attest it was a night to remember.

Décor Pumpkins Instead of the usual cut outs, try something a little more modern with painted or gold leafed pumpkins.

To create a gold leaf pumpkin follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Wash and dry pumpkin and spray with adhesive.

2. Lay foil overtop, one piece at a time, smoothing down into creases with paintbrush as you go.

3. Work your way around pumpkin and don’t worry about crinkles; they add to the effect.

Last chance to own a TiffanyWe are down to our final 10 lots in Tiffany Hill, proving that value and location are paramount in consumers’ minds. Our amazing model homes were a big help as we saw the Jade and Pearl models as best sellers throughout the development. Buyers were obviously inspired by the stunning décor and in turn ordered many of the displayed upgrades. So don’t delay make the trip to Ancaster, tour the community and imagine your very own Tiffany.
