Monetary Compensation – Collection and administration of all employee data required to provide scheduled base and supplemental compensation on a predetermined salary or rate. Includes compensation reporting to finance organization and 3rd party providers.
Equity Compensation- Collection and maintenance of all employee data required to provide equity compensation annually and at time of hire/promotion. Includes equity reporting to finance organization.
