BUDGET
• Be sure to pay dues! • $12 UMW KDP Nu Xi Chapter Dues • One time flat rate• Cash or check made out to “KDP” • Please record your name & send an email if money was
dropped off in mailbox for confirmation
• KDP International Dues• $45 for one year, $80 for two years• Old members may need to renew their memberships;
check the Int’l KDP website at www.kdp.org
RECORDING POINTS
• KDP Nu Xi Chapter Rule: • Each member must get 5 points each semester to remain
part of KDP• Those members who did not receive all 5 points last
semester must make up remaining points before end of the semester to remain part of KDP Nu Xi
• Record points online at website • If you do not see your points recorded on the
document on the website, check the last updated date. If you submitted points after this date, please wait and give the secretary a chance to update. If it’s been over 2 weeks, you may e-mail us at: [email protected]
POINT OPPORTUNITIES
• Opportunities to get a Points: • KDP Member meetings (1 point per meeting)• Tutoring at Hazel Hill (1 point per hour, max of 3
points)• Monthly Donations (1 point per monthly donations) • Food Bank (Ongoing throughout whole semester)• Hazel Hill (Ongoing throughout semester)• Giving Tree (November / December)
• Pumpkin Palooza • (1 point per hour, max of 2 points)• Sunday, Oct. 25th 1-4 pm• Sign up on OrgSync under COAR portal

• “Honor An Educator” • Place nominations on the KDP website• Top professor will be honored at end of the semester with
small present presented to them from KDP • Receive one point for giving nomination• Receive one point for donating items
