2. How is the ingredient obtained? From what plant? How do they process it? How do they use it in their traditional foods.

FIRST: Two ecotourism places to see in your assigned country. Examples are: hiking, camping, mountain climbing, biking, scuba diving, snorkeling, water rafting, river kayaking, sea kayaking, wildlife viewing, safaris, indigenous people related sight-seeing, etc…

The places or things to do that you choose should be unique to that area. Ideally it should be something the client does not see where they are from.

Keep in mind your clients lifestyle. You will have to explain your rationale in choosing these places for them.

Include pictures and map of the two best locations. One slide for each location. Include two pictures of each site and a map of the country showing where the eco-tourist site is found.
