Falcon Center Summer Day Camp Week 2 - June 13-17 In 2015, the Falcon Center Summer Day Camp had an amazing eight weeks of camp. The camp reached many milestones last summer such as: Most campers & Jr. Counselors in a single week Highest overall attendance in the summer by both campers & Jr. Counselors First year for scholarships due to the donations of the Regional Health Care Foundation With a new year, we bring new activities, games and fun experiences for the children attending the camp. We have returning and new staff members who are excited to create a wonderful camp experience for the children and parents who walk through the door. Thank you again for choosing the Falcon Center Summer Day Camp. We can’t wait to see you @ camp J Camp Hours & Sign In/Out In order to allow all the children to have as much time at the camp as possible, we’ve adjusted the drop off/pick up times. Now all campers can be dropped off as early as 8am and picked up as late as 5pm. Children will not be permitted in the camp prior to 8am and must be picked up by 5pm. Sign In/Out will be in Gym 2 of the Falcon Center which is located on Level 1. Anyone picking up children from the camp must be on the pick up list AND show a photo ID. Absoltuly no exceptions will be made! There will be a separte basketball camp in Gym 1 for most the first week. This is in no way affliated with the Falcon Center Summer Day Camp. We wanted to bring this to your attention so there is no confusion as to where the children should be. Medical Forms, Medicines, Special Request/Needs All campers must have the online medical forms completed and on file prior to attending camp. Also, each child must have on file a Physician signature stating that the child has had a recent physical and can participate in recreation. If the child has had a recent physical, you may bring in a copy of that form to substitute a Physician signature. Medications for children should be packages and labeled with the child’s name and the time it is to be taken. After the child has been checked into camp, our staff will take the medicine to Student Health (3 rd floor of the Falcon Center) where it will be kept. The University Registered Nurse will administer all medicines. If any child has any special requests/needs, please try and contact us ahead of time as we will be happy to we can discuss and work with you in any ways to accommodate the child so they may enjoy camp to the fullest.
