Family Picnic Mark your calendar for July 12, at North Fort Myers Community Park, Field 3, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for a day that young adults and families can enjoy. We'll have a picnic, family Olympics, and plenty
of fun for the kids! Hamburgers, hot dogs, and condiments will be provided. Everyone is asked to bring your own drinks and a generous side dish or dessert to share. If you’re planning on attending, please mark your Communication Card or email [email protected].
Family Nights
Young adult parents, couples, and singles - join us in the Auditorium July 11, 18, and 25 at 7:00 p.m. for some friendly games. Appropriate age activities will also be available for children.

This series begins July 13.
There’s something satisfying about men sharing a meal and fellowship with other men. Our monthly Men of Faith meeting is an opportunity to do just that and to hear a brief inspirational message from one of our pastors. This month we will be meeting on Tuesday, July 8, and Pastor Josh Dryer, our children’s pastor, will bring the devotional. We start serving at 6:30 p.m. and will finish no later than 8:00 p.m. There is no cost to attend; an offering will be taken. Men of all ages are invited.
Do you need help with light household repairs or know someone who does? Men With Tools is now accepting requests for work to be scheduled on their July 19 work day. You supply the materials, we supply the help! All work will be done between 9:00 a.m. and noon on that day. You can fill out a request at the Information Counter in the Lobby. We will contact you to confirm the details and our arrival time.
Men and women of all ages are invited to bring their bows, arrows, and targets if you have them, and join us on Saturday, July 12, from 9:00 a.m. until noon. We meet in the clearing back behind the building on the North Campus. Marked lanes and targets at various distances will be set up, and archers of any skill level are welcome to participate - we might just even learn something from one another. This event is sponsored by Faith Assembly Outdoor Ministries and there is no cost to attend.
Seniors invite you to a luncheon at the Golden Corral in Cape Coral on Thursday, July 24, at 2:00 p.m. We have a room reserved for this event. The price of the meal is $7.49 plus taxes and tip. Our guests will be Brent and Laura (Fritsche) Brollier, missionaries with Pioneer Bible Translators. They will be home for a short furlough, will update us on their work, and answer any questions about their work in West Africa.
Youth Camp Meeting There is a mandatory pre-camp meeting for all campers and at least one parent/guardian Wednesday, July 9, immediately following the evening service in Room 207. We will discuss departure and return times, what to bring/what not to bring, and expectations.
July Madness During the month of July we are going mad with creativity and craziness! We will be having special theme nights with dress ups, games, and snacks, so get those creative brains of yours working for the summer and come up with some great costume ideas. Theme nights: July 2 - Patriotic, July 9 - Superhero, July 23 - Luau, July 30 - Selfies. Be prepared to stay a little late each night to enjoy those snacks and have some fun.
Our next Ladies Bible Study is a brief one -- 4 weeks, to be exact -- and no homework! The 4-week study will run from July 7/8 and conclude July 28/29. Monday sessions begin at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday sessions start at 10:00 a.m. “He Is” is a video collection of four one-hour messages by Beth Moore, based on the scripture Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that HE IS and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him." Childcare is available upon request on Tuesdays only. After this study is over, we will take a 5-week break and start again September 8/9.

Faith Kids – Wednesday Nights @ Studio 7 Elementary kids are having a blast on Wednesday nights with Faith Kids “Summer Bash - National Day Celebration”! In June, we had awesome games and Bible lessons that celebrated National Running Day, Corn on the Cob Day, Go Fishing Day, and Leon Day (Noel spelled backwards and the 6 month mark ‘til Christmas). July has great days to look forward to as well: I Forgot Day, Sugar Cookie Day, Corn Fritters Day, Hot Dog Day, and Cheesecake Day. Make sure your kids are not missing out at Faith Assembly this summer! All the fun starts each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
Kids Camp Meeting We are excited that another great group of kids are headed to the Peninsular Florida District Assembly of God Kids Camp July 21-25. For those parents who have
signed your kids up for camp, there is a parent information meeting Sunday, July 13, at 9:45 a.m. in Studio 7. The remainder of the camp cost is due on that day as well. Please make sure you are at this meeting to receive important information and ask any questions you may have.

Stuff the Locker 2014
Our goal this year for the “Stuff the Locker” donation drive is to give 5,000 items to many of the Bayshore Elementary families who have a hard time providing appropriate school supplies for their children. As neighbors in our community, we want to reach out and help! From July 13 through August 2, we will be collecting the following supplies: Yellow #2 pencils, wide-ruled paper, Crayola 24-pack, glue stick, and black and white composition books. Look for the lockers in the lobby and “stuff ‘em”!
You can drop off donations in the Lobby at the “stuff the locker” booth located at the North Campus. Let’s do all we can as a church family to bless the families in our community!
GROW 2 deals with practical ways in which we can grow deeper in our faith and spiritual
maturity. It’s a “how-to” for the Christian life. GROW 2 will be offered in the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School period beginning Sunday, July 6, and ending Sunday, July 27. Grab a donut and a cup of coffee from the Fellowship Hall and join us upstairs in Room 202. Everyone is welcome, and it is not necessary to have completed GROW 1 to attend.
