Accomplishes IAW stated performance standards. Works in concert with the SSPARS PMO contracting personnel to ensure consistency and compliance. Accomplishes initial and annual ADLS CBTs for Records Custodian and Protecting Sensitive Information.

Exhibits copies of all training certificates received. Submits required Records Custodian Appointment Memorandums.

Functions as the designated the primary Functional Area Records Manager (FARM) and accountable for all contractor managed official records meeting all performance standards identified in PWS paragraph 2.9.1.2. Accomplishes initial and annual ADLS CBTs for FARM and Protecting Sensitive Information. Exhibits copies of all training certificates received. Submits required FARM Appointment Memorandums.

Works in concert with the SSPARS PMO contracting office guidelines to forward requests to the on-site COR. Compliant with protecting PA and FOUO records and information. Meets the required performance standard referenced in the SSPARS DD Form 254.

Develops, uses, and keeps accounts for department and field publications. Paper-based publications requests will be made from the DLA Document Services. Reviews product announcements and the Product Index on the e-Publishing web site. Evaluates and inventory the contents of FPL to keep publications recent and necessary.

Picks-up and delivers all US Government official/registered mail. Mail will be distributed once per week. Will use Menwith Hill as the servicing facility for Registered Mail shipments. Meets required performance standards.

Position Title: #181002 Site Manager (Field Engineering Senior Supervisor)

Relevant Experience:Ten years of related experience. In lieu of degree, 18 years of directly related, progressively complex work experience may be considered. Experience managing complex field engineering projects involving the development and/or production of complex engineering processes. Provides senior technical supervision and direction to staff, typically managers and supervisors. Develops and implements department initiatives. Demonstrated human relation skills in coaching and developing managers and seasoned technical professionals.

Possess process integration skills and team building and facilitation skills. Knowledge of advanced concepts in the engineering discipline and an understanding of related engineering disciplines. Demonstrate clear communication/presentation skills, technical/non-technical, written and oral.

Responsibilities:Provides technical information and logistical support for other contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies in support of upgrades, projects and other efforts impacting contract requirements and installation/site operations.

Coordinates the maintenance, repair and testing of IDS systems and associated security equipment.

Conducts various security trainings and lead the participation in government required industrial, physical and operational security forums and establish plans and agreements to meet related requirements.

Delivers notifications regarding ionizing and non-ionizing radiation devices and maintain communications with 21 AMDS Bioenvironmental GSU Manager and respective host base Bioenvironmental offices. Maintain records of all procurements and devices in use.

Provides initial and refresher EMFR Safety Awareness training to personnel that is commensurate with the potential for exposure within the workplace. Key areas of specialization include Networks and Telecommunications (LAN/WAN administration, Intra-computer communications, Network support); System Management and Administration (vendor supplied operating systems installs and maintenance, systems software, and layered products (VMS, UNIX, Windows, code compilers)); Database Analysis (system evaluation and design to structure and access databases; database requirements analysis, recommendations for solutions that require database definition and detailed specifications and flowcharts, coordinates installation of revised or new systems).

Possesses an understanding of the computer system internals, operating systems and layered products and specialized and vendor software. Demonstrates an aptitude and willingness to keep technical skills current by learning new languages, operating systems, hardware, tools, and technology.

Implements all delegated orders from 624th Operations Center (624 OC) within the mandatory timeframe.

Works the help desk for user problem resolution on a 24/7 basis. Answers user questions concerning communications to include network applications software, e-mail, and internet, as well as infrastructure associated with the network. Coordinates and s outages and problems within the contractor’s control. Reports on all system-wide network problems impacting users and provides permanent/temporary fix actions to users.

Operates and maintains the government-provided trouble ticket tracking software for trouble call reporting and resolution. Responds to and resolves all network, telephone, and LMR related trouble tickets and user problems. Reports outages and resolutions to the designated government representative, establishing trouble call priorities based on relative importance to overall network operation and availability. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all user problems and resolutions.

Notifies and coordinates ASI to minimize impact on base-level mission. Obtains approval from the Installation/Site Commander prior to scheduling any network system or service outages. Notifies the 21 CS CFP and all installation network users who could be affected by the ASI upon approval. If the network has a router, coordinates maintenance and administration of the router through the Standard Systems Group (SSG)/SINS, Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex AL. For AFIN, coordinate maintenance and administration through the Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFIWC) Lackland AFB, TX. Notifies all network users who could be affected by host base ASIs.

Coordinates with host LRAs in support of site PKI requirements.

Backs up all networks to provide for restoration in the event of failure. Maintains records of back-ups and restorations performed.

Updates anti-virus signature files and scans for viruses to protect network resources. Coordinates these incidents with the servicing CNOC at Fylingdales. Immediately reports and coordinates incidents involving viruses or classified data with base network security personnel; maintains records of detected viruses.

Configures and implements automated IS controls to check and disable IS user accounts that have been dormant more than 30 days. Validates user-access privilege levels to include accountability, access rights (based on user clearance, access approval, and need to know), and special handling requirements.

Establishes, configures, maintains, and tracks all SIPRNet user accounts. Establishes procedures for users to request new SIPR accounts and to modify or delete existing user accounts. Submits requests to modify or delete existing user SIPRNet accounts to CNOC/USAFE.

Monitors disk storage capacities and maintains adequate disk storage availability for all users and applications.

Assists the site Cyber Security Liaison in reviewing system security information, and maintaining relevant cybersecurity certifications and applicable operating system and computing environment certifications.

Position Title: #183006 Electronics Technician, Maintenance 1

Relevant Experience: Two years of related experience in troubleshooting and repairing of electronic equipment and systems. Experience in the conduct of equipment and system test and data collection, and soldering of high-density SMT circuit card assemblies. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:None

Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen. Secret, NACLC.

Responsibilities:Maintains, operates, and repairs SSUPS systems at the user level for the MILSATCOM facility only. Maintains records of all tests and inspections.

Performs all authorized direct maintenance per TO 00-25-108 IAW SMR maintenance level authorized for repair and ERRC maintenance level authorized for repair per performance standards. Troubleshoots and repairs radar system equipment using established technical documents and procedures. Conducts post-repair equipment and system functional checkouts. Troubleshoots and repairs radar system subassemblies, inclusive of performing SMT/micro soldering activities for component replacement using established test facilities and fixtures. Conducts subassembly post-repair testing and data collection. Assists engineers and technicians in conducting system testing and calibrations, as well as post-test/calibration data collection as a system operation and maintenance team member. Generates technical reports for customer review.

Maintains and documents Air Force Technical Orders (AFTOs) to reflect current operational configuration IAW TO 00-20-1 - Maintenance Historical Documentation and IMDS Manual AFCSM 21-568 V2. Notifies equipment custodians when Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) actions result in equipment stock number changes and initiates AFTO Form 22 as applicable. Identifies preplanned items, time change items, and TCTOs. Completes required actions when scheduled. Submits D034s. Also processes TCTOs, time change items, and other approved modifications within the specified time IAW TO 00-5-15 and documents in D034 IMDS.

Accomplishes equipment configuration control for all space systems equipment and modifications. Processes TCTOs IAW TO 00-5-15, FCOs and ECOs and installs approved modifications IAW 21 SWI 21-131. Assists in system modifications for equipment installation, test, and evaluation. Identifies the affected technical data when modifications result in deactivation or replacement of equipment and associated support items. Notifies the supply or equipment custodian of deletions or additions.

Coordinates all maintenance actions affecting US Communication Systems with OC Plans Flight and/or designated RAF personnel.

Schedules and transports TMDE to PMEL for calibration as the customer responsible for organizational level maintenance IAW TO 00-20-14, TO 33-1-27, TO 33-1-32, TO 33K-1-100 series, and AFSPCI 21-108. Manages system test equipment inventory for maintaining needed calibrations, repairs, replacement, or upgrade actions.

Performs the activities associated with maintaining, operating and repair the Site SSUPS systems. Manages all records for the tests and inspections of the SSUPS systems.

Applies comprehensive knowledge and experience of network operations and maintenance to complex problems to achieve timely, comprehensive solutions; participates in planned network upgrades.
