Twenty years ago, Palmeraie Resorts decided to open its first hotel property in the Palm Grove of Marrakesh: the Palmeraie Golf Palace, now renamed Palmeraie Palace. Today, Palmeraie Resorts offers a combined real estate hospitality resort project with a property land size of 230 hectares, including a set of hotels and residences, a Conference Center, a spa, a 27 hole golf course, several restaurants, a Kids Club and numerous entertaining events and leisure activities. Palmeraie Resorts conveys an art of living and a sense of place to business & leisure, a destination in its own right in the Red City of Marrakech at only less than 3 hours from major European capitals.

This hospitality development project was driven by several new expansion projects and important enhancement projects, which contributed in making this real estate site one of the largest resorts in Morocco and Africa. Palmeraie Resorts is a key project achieved by the Palmeraie Group and realized gradually with its own signature and vision in the hospitality luxury market. Since the opening of the hotel Palmeraie Golf Palace in 2006 with one of Morocco’s leading private 27 holes golf course. The Palmeraie Group also launched the Pavillon du Golf, the boutique/hotel Jardin d’Ines and the Palmeraie Village - the first hospitality real estate residence in the country.

The Palmeraie Group also added the Palmeraie Conference Center in 2007, the Secret Garden – luxury villas – in 2009 and the Hotel du Golf in 2010.

PalmGolf Marrakech Palmeraie is a 27 hole championship golf course with an academy that has become since its opening in 1993 an icon of golf in Morocco.
