The clubs' goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals bytaking small steps for improvement every single week. Theclub will be divided into 2 sessions. New Shepard will lead the capsule with theexperiments to space, briefly remain there, and then returnto earth.

The Hellenic Young Naturalists’ Tournament is a globalphysics competition, where you present the solutions youhave prepared in advance to 17 scientific problems. Eachsolution is evaluated by other students and scored by ascientific committee of expert educators. Groups of threeparticipate in a 'Fight' in 3 stages. In each stage, the teamstake on the roles of Reporter-Opponent-Reviewersuccessively and try to gain as many points as possible.

Student-Led Initiatives

Human-Resources aims to facilitate/organize online events tostrengthen the relationship between Mentors-Mentees; Operations aims to create a website for the SMA in the short-runand develop a software for a more accurate pairing procedurebetween Mentors-Mentees in the long-run; Marketing aims to increase the exposure of the SMA and advertiseits activities to the Anatolia Community.

The Student Mentorship Association (SMA) is a student-run club,focused on the development of IB “freshmen”. The program will provideIB2 mentors to IB1 students. The mentors will guide and advise IB1s onmultiple issues, including IB courses, school resources, extracurricularsetc. The SMA aims to develop the school community and to assist in thecreation of better students with a managing team that follows acorporate structure in order to be as effective as possible. The structureconsists of the Director and three departments: Operations, Marketingand Human-Resources, whose specific aims are as follows:

Students for Financial Literacy (SFL) is a joint initiative of students fromseveral different schools. Its goals include the financial education ofstudents and the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit. Join us in our exploration of the vast worldof finance.

Student-run clubs under the auspices of the SFL

Stock Markets and Financial SecuritiesThe club, centered on the function of financial markets, aims to equipits members with the necessary knowledge for their future journeystowards economic independence. A brief introduction to possiblesecurity exchanges, including the stock, bond, forex, and derivativemarkets, will serve to stress the importance of resource allocation andliquidity for the operation of capitalist economies. The club will alsodistinguish between the concepts of “saving” and “investing” and delvedeeper into the 3 basic forms of investment (financial securities): realestate, stocks, fixed income (bonds).

CryptocurrencyThe club will explore the intricacies of crypto-economics and introduceits members to the future of commerce. Concepts, such as “blockchaintechnology & game theory” and “hashing,” will be analyzed in order toexplain the data structure and the cryptographic properties ofcryptocurrency markets. The particularities of investment incryptocurrency markets along with the notions of “liquidity”,“transparency”, and “diversification” will also be explored. Other topicsthat may be covered include “Mining”, “Signatures”, and comparisonsamong different cryptocurrencies.

NewspaperOur newspaper is exclusively concerned with finance and economics,modeled purely after objective and high-quality news outlets, such asThe Economist and the Financial Times. Our journalists provide weeklyupdates on the fluctuations of the global economy, trade deals, and theperformance of individual stocks, followed by well-rounded analysesand predictions for the future of international markets.
