Process of our Services Our services are structured and delivered in the following stages: Stage 1 : Inception -Receive the client’s requirements with regard to the project -Receive information about the site / plot - Receive client’s budget - Advise on a program to undertake the project. Stage 2 : Concept and viability -Prepare concept design of the project -Review the anticipated costs of the project Stage 3 : Design development -Confirm the design and complexity of the project with the client -Review the design and consult with local and statutory authorities (e.g.. Municipality) -Develop the design -Incorporate the work of other consultants (engineers, quantity surveyor etc) -Review the design, costs and program with the other consultants Stage 4 : Documentation and procurement -Prepare drawings sufficient for municipality submission: -Complete construction documentation and proceed to call for tenders: Stage 5 : Construction -Supervise the construction and administer the contract. Stage 6 : Close out Administer the closing of the project and contracts.
