Tampia Gold ProjectThe flagship project is the 90% owned high grade Tampia Gold project located 300km east ofPerth, near Narembeen in the wheatbelt of Western Australia.• Shallow open-pittable, resource from surface to 100m depth with mineralisation open in all
directions.• Excellent upside potential – only a small portion of the greenstone belt extending over 15km
drilled to date.• Project under-explored: Gault prospect discovered by BHP Gold in 1987 – most exploration
has been focused within 1% of the greenstone host.
• Previous drilling includes 17m at 27.5g/t from 8m, 11m at 28.1g/t from 21m, 9m at 18.3g/t from 19m and 11m at 10.1g/t from 50m (same hole), 25m at 11g/t and 25m at 10.1g/t from surface to the end of the holes
• Explaurum holds 90% of the project: private interests 10% free carried to feasibility.
• Exploration assessment program has commenced.• Second Stage Diamond drilling program completed
August 2015.• Planning RC drilling and followup metallurgy in
October 2015 in progress

Previous Exploration BHP Gold Mines Ltd 1987 – 1990
• Soil sampling, RAB (1,197 holes/14,711m) and diamond drilling (18 holes / 2,944m) at Gault;
Dry Creek Mining NL / Nexus Minerals NL 1990 – 2000• RAB drilling at Smoker prospect (40 holes/1,145m) and RC drilling at Gault (53 holes / 4,553m).

Recent Drilling – August 2015
Seven diamond core holes 766.5m –
Confirmed resource model – location and tenor of mineralised zones: significant intercepts include 26.6m at 1.82g/t Au from 52.8m (THDDH006); 4.3m at 1.86g/t Au from 20.6m (THDHH007); 7.7m
at 2.19g/t Au from 92.3m (THDDH009) and 6.0m at 2.17g/t Au from 23.9m (THDDH011)
Provided important structural and lithological data highlighting potential infill and extensions of mineralised zones for future drilling programs
Located two new zones of mineralisation: 7.1m at 3.54g/t Au from 117.9m (THDDH006) and 0.3m at 16.05g/t Au from 160m (THDDH009)
Core drilling was considered the most appropriate for the initial drill program to resolve the structural interpretation.
Future drilling will be reverse circulation (RC).For

Tampia Metallurgy Very limited historic diagnostic testwork (1999) - sulphide association recognised in a
1kg composite at 2.1g/t Au from a single drill hole
Recent test work (September 2015) indicates approximately 80% - 90% free millingpotential of fresh mineralisation; this is a significantly positive development
Gold recovery drops when arsenopyrite exceeds 1.5% - estimated 10% -15% of knownresource
Short term toll treatment option potential considerably enhanced – potential for+50,000 ounces from surface
Fresh material contains free gold, at sometimes very high grades
Characteristics of gold mineralisation (comminution, gravity separation, flotationpotential, leach recovery) to be defined during October 2015 test programF

Development Considerations Gold mineralisation is high grade and near surface
The resource is well drilled in part to shallow depth, but open in all directions and at depth
The resource area has significant gaps in drilling – potential for increase with infill drilling
Significant potential for further discoveries within 10km radius – strong geochemistry and RAB
anomalies
Located on private land close to sealed roads, power, accommodation, services and labour
A future mining operation could be based in Narembeen township (pop. 500) 12 km from the
Tampia site
Located 130km from Edna May Mine, 135km from Bounty Mine, 150km from Marvel Loch and
170km from Southern Cross for potential toll treatment option; roads suitable for road-trainsFor

Proposed Next Steps
Planning 3000m RC drilling program to target resource infill and extensions, as well
as regional targets within 10km of the known resource (October 2015)
Initial detailed metallurgical test work using recent diamond core to establish
characteristics of the Tampia gold mineralisation for future process design and
preliminary operating and capital costs (October 2015)
Detailed ground gravity program over the known resource and along strike to
better understand the geology and structural controls on mineralisation
