Virtual Exhibit Hall

When joining the virtual series, whether on their desktop or smartphone, attendees have the opportunity to

explore the event. They can enter a live stream, drop in at the Interface Café, browse the Exhibit Hall, or delve

into the program.

The Exhibit Hall gives attendees the ability to browse exhibitor booths, entering the booth (or page) when

they want more information. An exhibitor directory makes it easy to locate specific booths all with a click of

their mouse.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to brand their booth.

NetworkingA networking room is also available, so you

can explore attendee profiles, see what

How Virtual Works

The iQ Virtual Series runs for three weeks. Our website, iqvirtualseries.com, will be live the entire time, allowing

users to explore, watch videos, and network. Live Wednesdays will run for 2-3 hours, each Wednesday of every

three-week series.

During Live Wednesdays, exhibitors need to be available to “staff their booth” and participate in live chat and

other engagement. This is easy though. You’ll just need access to a desktop or smartphone and can work while

you wait for interaction with attendees.

How does it work?You can enter the event on your desktop, smartphone, or both!

1. Visit iqvirtualseries.com.

2. Register.

3. Receive an email with login and password credentials.

4. Login at iqvirtualseries.com.

5. Enter the event.

6. Set up your exhibitor profile.

7. Participate in Live Wednesdays to attend.

Smartphone

1. Visit iqvirtualseries.com.

2. Register.

3. Receive an email with login and password credentials.

4. Go to the app store on your phone.

5. Search for iQ Virtual Series.

6. Download the app.

7. Login using your email and password.

8. Enter the event.

9. Join on Live Wednesdays to attend.

What technology do I need?

All you need is a desktop computer OR smartphone.

If using a desktop and you want to dive deeper into private

virtual meetings, you will need a web camera and microphone.

If using a smartphone, this functionality is built in.
