On June 22, 2011 and continuing through into June 23, 2011, the following members of the Evidence Response Team (ERT) of the Los Angeles Field Office (LAFOJ responded to a request for assistance with a consent search by Acting Supervisory Special Agent Joseph P. Brine at 1012 Third Street, Apartment Number 303, Santa Monica, California:

On 7/06/2011, the following members of the Evidence Response Team (ERT) assisted with a search of 1012 Third Street, Apartment 11303, s'anta Monica, CA and "Wooden Storage container bearing the word 11 Gasko" and numbers "303" and "37,• located at 1012 Third Street, Santa Monica, CA, pursuant to Search Warrant on written Affidavit signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Millman, central District of California:

Special Agent (SA) Meredith A. Burke SA Courtney B. Pillsbury SA Patrick Grandy SA Timothy Swee SA Alicia Duff SA Elizabeth Farrell SA Jo A. Dudley

Also participating in the search were SAs Joseph Brine, Scott Garriola, Richard Teahan, Kristin Koch and Philip Torsney .

Handwritten ERT paperwork, including an Administrative Worksheet, Narrative Description, Crime Scene Sign-In Log, Diagram/Sketch and Evidence Recovery Log, was created and is placed into a lA envelope and maintained in the case file. An ERT Casebook, which is a typed version of the handwritten paperwork, was created after leaving the scene. The original was placed into a lA envelope and a copy is attached hereto.

Digital photographs were taken by Timothy Swee, Courtney Pillsbury and Alicia Duff and were archived to DVD by Meredith Burke. The original and a backup were placed into a lA envelope and maintained in the case file. A photographic log was prepared and is included in the lA envelope.

On 7/06/2011, 26 pieces of evidence were recovered from the search.

A copy of the search warrant was signed by all law enforcement personnel entering the search location and is included in the lA envelope.
