  • The President: 1.Head of the Executive Branch Manager of the federal govt. 2.Makes sure laws are enforced and obeyed 3.Promises to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States Includes the President and Vice President

  • The Supreme Court: 1.Highest court in the United States 2.Decisions are absolute and final Surpass all other laws or court decisions in the US 3.Interprets the meaning of the US Constitution and reviews laws 4.Decides on cases involving states rights Includes The Supreme Court
