a Consulting Project, a real-world project for a major company or an Action Project created in partnership with your current employer.

The objective is both to take a long-term view – the strategy of the company – and to operate in the immediate future, as well as to demonstrate a keen sense

of reality and transform this into action.

The Consulting Project is presented to a company manager and an EDhEC professor who assess the clarity and strength of the strategic

diagnosis, as well as the relevance of the planned strategy.
