Motion 1 Minutes That the minutes of the strata committee meeting held on 16 August 2018 be confirmed as a true record and account of the proceedings at that meeting.
Motion 2 Financial Statements That the financial statements for the quarter ending 30 September 2018 be noted.
Motion 3 Estate Managers Report That the Estate manager report be tabled, and action resolved accordingly in relation to: 1. Breaches of the CMS & ALS; 2. Applications; 3. Improvements.
Motion 4 Estate Matters That the following matters in relation to the P‐3 be discussed and action resolved accordingly; 1. Security monitoring upgrade options and tender document; 2. The Newington Neighbourhood Association – Directors/Board Members; 3. The Newington Sign – missing letters; 4. 6 Monterey St – Painting (colour).
Motion 5 Next Meeting That the time, date and place for the annual general meeting be determined.

Minutes
Motion 1 Minutes RESOLVED that the minutes of the previous executive committee meeting held on 16 April 2018 be accepted as a true and accurate record of the proceedings at that meeting.
Motion 2 Office bearers RESOLVED that the following office bearers be elected: Chairperson/Treasurer: Christian Kent Secretary: John Eggleston
Motion 3 Common Property The executive committee discussed the common property and RESOLVED as noted below: Lot 84 (6 Monterery St) – approval granted for landscaping works and installation of small veranda in accordance with plans provided. It was AGREED that the house would need to be repainted to achieve ‘Grey Ghost’ colour in accordance with application.
Motion 4 Next Meeting RESOLVED that next meeting will be held on Tuesday 23 October 2018 at 8am at JAGS café, Newington Market Place.
