1. INTRODUCTION

This business proposal has been developed for presentation to potentialInvestor for the purpose of investment to purchase industrial land,

setting up of factory, purchase of machineries and equipments as well as

funding of working capital for packaging RBD palm oil products.

Based on a research study conducted, the demand for RBD palm oil

products on a yearly basis is in the incremental graph which could

capable to Profitability and Sustainability in Palm Oil Production. High

benefits have been obtained by palm oil production companies as aresult of implementing the Principles and Criteria of the Roundtable on

Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

The objective of this executive summary is to produce a clear guide that

assist Investor in decision making and planning vis-à-vis RSPO

certification.

The finished products which have been packed shall be as follows :-

i.

RBD Palm Oil, packed in :

a. Polypropylene Plastic Bag - 1 kilogram

b.

Pete Bottle - 500 ml to 5 kilogram

c. Jerry Can – 3 litres to 25 litres

d. Other packaging such as Tin, Drum and Jerry Can Big Mouth

based on order from customers.ii.

RBD Palm Olein type CP 8 and CP 10

iii. Palm Oil Shortening

iv. Palm Oil Margerin

2. PROJECT INITIATOR

HASIL DEDIKASI SDN. BHD. (HDSB) is a Malaysian

registered company registered under no. 673647-T since 2004 and

having its business address at 5th Floor, Syed Kechik Foundation

Building, Jalan Kapas, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.

HDSB was established to conduct the business activities such as:-

i. Trading of palm oil product such as RBD, CPO and PPO.

ii.

Collection of waste palm oil products from Palm Oil

Refinery in Malaysia and Indonesia and send to China and

Japan.

iii.

Collection of waste oil from refinery in Malaysia for tank

cleaning services for removal of all residue and scale.

Based on the knowledge and experiences in the Palm Oil product

and industry which HDSB had attained, we are now moving one

step forward to take up a new challenge to own its manufacturing

plant complete with facilities, machineries and equipments as wellas technologies to serve the needs from customers domestically

and globally.

Project Location

The proposed project will be located in the area of Melaka

Tengah, Kawasan Perindustrian Telok Mas, Melaka, Malaysiacovering an area of around 3 acres.

Project Development

The project development involves initially from the acquisition of

industrial land, construction of manufacturing plant, purchase of

equipments & machineries which expect to be completed within

one(1) years from the date of land acquisition.

6. CONCLUSION

This business proposal which packed the end-products known as

RBD Palm Oil, RBD Palm Olein, Palm Oil Shortening, Palm Oil

Palm Oil Margerin and other related products has a very great potential

in the future.

It also generates high returns in terms of business profits as well as

providing opportunities for employment to the local people and

contributing towards positive economic development.

Lubricant Filling Machines refers to the filling liquids by the capacity of

product. The speed of filling differs as the volume to be filled as the machine

is equipped with bottom-up fill assembly and adjustable volume control. We

manufacture these machines using quality measures as per standards. It is

efficiently equipped with adjustable volume control and bottom-up filling

assembly and filling speed differs with volume. This filling machine works on

volumetric principle.
