EXAM REGISTRATION for .conf19A step-by-step guide to getting registered for a Splunk Certification exam at .conf19.
Exam Reminders for .conf19:● Exam appointments are being offered at a discounted rate of $50.
That’s 60% savings!● Only one appointment will be permitted per registrant. Splunk
Certification will be cancelling any additional appointments that violate this policy.
● Pre-registration is required. Due to popular demand, we will not be able to accommodate any on-site appointment requests.
● You must bring your .conf19 badge as your primary form of ID. There will be no exceptions granted to this rule.

STEP 1Log in to your Splunk.com account.
Click the avatar in the top-right corner of Splunk.com/Education.
Select “Login” from the pull-down menu.
Enter login credentials.Click “Log In”.

STEP 2First time registrants only: Submit Account Information Form to connect accounts.
If this is your first time taking a Splunk certification exam with Pearson VUE, please click here to fill out the form to connect your Splunk account to the Pearson VUE platform*.
This only needs to be done once.
If you’ve already created a Splunk account with Pearson VUE, please skip directly to Step 6.
*Candidates are required to maintain separate Pearson VUE accounts for each certification program. This means that if you already have a Pearson VUE account associated with another
company’s certification program, you must create a new account for Splunk Certification.

STEP 3Submit complete, accurate contact information to testing partner Pearson VUE.
Full name provided must match candidate’s photo ID which will be checked at the time of exam.
Please select country of residence from pull-down menu. Incomplete or inaccurate information will result in delayed registration.

Visit www.PearsonVue.com/splunk/conf to create your Pearson VUE account.
STEP 4Wait for Authorization to Test email from [email protected].
After submitting your form, please wait (up to 4 business days) for your Authorization to Test email(s) from [email protected]. Please do not contact the Splunk Certification Team until four business days have passed. Please be sure to whitelist the above email address to ensure the email(s) are not quarantined or sent to your spam folder. You will receive one Authorization to Test email for each certification exam for which you are eligible. You can use the links in any of the emails to access your Pearson VUE account.

Make note of your Splunk ID. This is your personal ID number, which you’ll need to access your Pearson VUE account.

Input First Name, Last Name, and Splunk ID (provided in Authorization to Test email). Names must match those provided to Splunk.com in Step 3.
STEP 5Create a Pearson VUE account: https://home.pearsonvue.com/splunk/conf.
SelectCreate account.

Navigate directly to https://home.pearsonvue.com/splunk/conf
STEP 6Navigate to the .conf19 registration portal.

You will receive a registration confirmation email from Pearson VUE. Please read these email(s) carefully, as they provide important information regarding rescheduling, cancellation, etc.
As we’ve mentioned, a lot has changed with the Splunk Certification program relaunch. We highly recommend downloading (and reading!) our Splunk Certification Candidate Handbook to ensure you are familiar with the latest and greatest program policies.
