INTERIORS Inclusions

Internal Doors2040mm Corinthian flush panel internal doors for a smooth paint finish, with bright chrome hinges and latches to internal, pantry and laundry doors. Gainsborough lever sets to all internal and robe doors, privacy set to bath and powder rooms. •

Sliding Doors Aluminium sliding doors. •Architraves & Skirting Profiled 42mm architrave and 67mm skirting suitable for paint finish from standard nominated range. •

Staircase Staircase with closed treads and risers (suitable for carpet finish only) with pine stringer, and square mild steel balusters in black powder coated finish with timber post and handrail. All timber in painted finish. Does not include stained timber treads. •

Ceiling 2450mm nominal ceiling height to ground floor and first floor. • Cornice 90mm Cove cornice. •

Paint Paint finish to all internal walls and woodwork with Taubmans paint (two coat application). • Included Cushioned door stops to all internal doors. •
