All of our Design Concepts have been put together to compliment flow throughout your home.

Willow – Where the Hamptons meet Australia. Wherever your home is, this Design Concept brings a touch of our beach lifestyle to your home. Fresh whites, natural colours and exposed woods. Textures and a spot of chrome for elegant finishing touches.

Pivot – Pivot is a strong classic, minimalist style that will stand the test of time. This Design Concept is a little dramatic,

a little moody, and adds a lot of class to your home. Taps in satin or black chrome contrasting against white splashbacks. Deep walnut carpentry, black matt tiling and square white basins are some of the Pivot signatures.

Cooper – Cooper is a little bit edgy, with a touch of industrial style. Cooper is a Design Concept that is surprisingly flexible. Bare finishes and materials - woods, marbles, stones and brick. Bright chromes and black taps, frameless mirrors and brick facades all bring together this functional Design Concept.

NO SURPRISESThere is nothing more frustrating than nasty surprises during your build. Thinking that something was included, and it wasn’t. We are crystal clear with you about our generous inclusions. In fact, many of our standard inclusions are considered upgrades by other builders.

SUPPORT YOUR BUDGET It can sometimes feel like the budget is out of your control when you’re building a new home. Throughout the design and build of your new home we help you avoid this feeling by openly supporting your budget, whatever the size. What we’re all aiming for is the most home you can get for your hard-earned dollars.

Façade (1) (2)

The finish to the outside of your home is the first statement about your overall design. Work with our consultants to choose your external design concept. Render colour, cladding, brick, garage and roof choice work together to bring a design concept to life.

Entry Door & Lock (4)

Your home’s entry is your welcome statement. A Corinthian front door welcomes you home. Our rectangular, chrome Gainsborough tri-lock lever is both stylish and secure.

Window (6)

Trend windows with powder coated aluminium frames, coloured in line with your design concept. Flyscreens on all windows and sliding doors so you can let the day in, and keep the bugs out.

Garage (2) (7)

A powered, automatic, sectional Colorbond garage door is an essential inclusion. Whisper quiet, with two remotes.

Ceiling Height

Generous high ceilings on the ground floor is a style signature of Skyfield Homes. High ceilings let in the light and bring the great outdoors, inside. 2550mm high ground floor ceilings and 2400mm high ceilings to first and double storey homes.

Internal Paint

Select paint colours to match your design concept and we do all the rest. Taubman’s internal three-coat application to internal walls with low sheen for a quality finish.
