boots, trekking socks, and sneakers or sandals for evening walk. And Raincoat,

woollen and sun hat, sunglasses, and gloves. You can also take a good sleeping bag

which is essential in winter. Along these, a first aid kit is the most important thing

illness, adhesive bandages.
