Do you want owners to know that you can install high-quality helical piles, tiebacks and anchors?
Do you want to fuel industry growth through increased use of helical pile and anchor products for foundation, utility and earth retention solutions?
Do you want to ensure that contractors install your products with high quality to ensure designed performance?
Then plan on exhibiting and participating in this first of its kind tradeshow and educational seminar.
Event OverviewDeep Foundations Institute (DFI) and Helical Pile World (HPW) are teaming up to showcase the helical pile and tieback industry’s dedication to producing high-quality, safe, reliable and cost-effective foundation solutions for a variety of foundation and utility application challenges. This first-of-its-kind event will include a structured technical program, an outdoor equipment exhibition, and live installation demonstrations that highlight the products, resources and expertise used to design, install, and test helical pile and anchor elements for structural support and earth retention applications. Here is what else you can expect:n Review on-site soils information to define design parametersn Learn fundamental design procedures used to estimate
capacityn Learn proper construction and inspection methods for safe
installation of small- to large-diameter helical piles and anchorsn See load test set-ups for compression (static and dynamic
compression, tension and lateral load tests)n Observe as load tests are conducted and compare design
values, capacity-to-torque predictions and actual load test results
n Visit with the exhibitors to learn about the latest innovations in installation and testing equipment and services
Who Should Attend?Contractors, engineers, building officials, utility and transportation professionals, civil engineering professors and students are encouraged to attend. Helical pile and anchor manufacturers and distributors, installation contractors and equipment manufacturers, pile testing service companies, and engineering service companies are encouraged to exhibit and showcase their services and products.

Exhibit Space DetailsType A Exhibits - Structured Demonstrations on a First-Come, First-Served Basis:These exhibits are for companies that submit a demonstration abstract for the event. They will choose from the list of topics below and write a brief description of their plan. It will be made clear that there will not be any repeated topics, so interested parties are encouraged to submit more than one idea/topic, ranked by interest. This way your company can be selected, but maybe not for your first choice of topic. These booths are large enough to allow for these companies to have a full product display with promotional info and have space to perform their demonstration. These demonstrations will be part of the event program and everyone who attends will witness their demonstration. Company shirts/equipment/material brands will all be allowed in each exhibitor’s demonstration.
To help correlate the outdoor event programs, the following groups of topics can be chosen for demonstrations:
n Above ground elevated foundations, boardwalks, walkways, decks
n Billboards, street lights, signs, bollardsn Pipe tiedowns, tiebacks, guy anchors, retaining wallsn Underpinning, foundation retrofit & repairn New construction, bridge abutments, pile groupingn Temporary structures, tentsn Wind turbines, solar panelsn Marine applicationsn Limited Access Equipment / Methodsn “Helical 101”: Intro to how helicals are designed and
implementedn Torque correlation and how is worksn Helical installation inspections / QAQCn Load Testing
Companies are to submit an abstract of their demonstration choices. Up to three choices can be submitted, ranked in order of preference. Multiple topics can be combined. The best six ideas will be chosen. If there are more submissions than anticipated, more demonstration slots may be added.
Type B Exhibits - Dynamic Booth Space:These exhibits are for companies that want to showcase/demonstrate something about their company but would not like to be involved in the structured demonstration program. Attendees will walk this area during the open hours of the event. This is more of the typical tradeshow format.
Type C Exhibits - Dynamic Booth Space:These exhibits would be available for companies interested in a larger booth space, but do not want to be part of the structured demonstration program. The same rules as Type B exhibits, but bigger exhibit space.
Type D Exhibits - Static Booth Space:These booths will be located under the tents, near the lunch area.
Type E Exhibits - Static Booth Space:These booths will be located under the tents, near the lunch area.
