loCAl TrAInIng And plAnnIng ConfErEnCE is a bi-annual local conference. The main purpose of this conference is to prepare the new AIESEC Piteşti members, and to give the old ones the opportunity to improve their knowledge about the departments they work in through trainings and simulations, and by playing team games, the new members had the chance to interact more with the old members, now having an easier integration in our organization. Also, during this conference, AIESEC Piteşti activities for 2009 – 2010, were planned. This year the conference took place in Sătic, Rucăr from 6 to 10 of May. Around 50 participants attended the conference: new members recruited this

spring, members with more than one year of AIESEC experience, the Executive Board of AIESEC Piteşti, the organization’s alumni, and last but not least, our partner Ion Glişca, who came to speak about the importance of volunteering, and also our educational partner, Iulian Boia. The session held by Iulian Boia and Maria Matei, on AIESEC Vision, had as main objective the set up of a new AIESEC Piteşti Vision.

SEmInArul loCAl dE PrEgătIrE SI PlAnIfICArE este o conferinţă locală bianuală care are ca principal scop pregătirea membrilor noi ai AIESEC Piteşti şi perfecţionarea cunoştinţelor membrilor vechi în cadrul departamentelor în care lucrează, prin training-uri şi simulări, iar prin jocuri de echipă membrii noi au ocazia să interacţioneze mai mult cu membrii vechi facilitând astfel integrarea în organizaţie. De asemenea, în cadrul acestei conferinţe, s-a realizat planificarea activităţilor AIESEC Piteşti, pentru 2009 – 2010. Anul acesta LTPC a avut loc în perioada 6 – 10 Mai la Sătic, comuna Rucăr. La conferinţă au participat aproximativ 50 de persoane cuprinzând membrii noi recrutaţi în această primăvară, membrii de aproximativ un an în organizaţie şi mai vechi, conducerea AIESEC Piteşti, alumnii AIESEC Piteşti şi nu în ultimul rând partenerul nostru Ion Glişca, care a venit cu scopul de a ne vorbi despre importanta voluntariatului, dar si partenerului nostru educaţional, Iulian Boia, reprezentant AIESEC Romania. Sesiunea pregătită de către Iulian Boia impreuna cu Maria Matei, pe tema AIESEC Vision, a avut drept principal scop, stabilirea noii viziuni AIESEC Piteşti.

Everyting begun on a Thursday morning, when 13 youngsters full of life, dreams, hopes, ideals and expectations left to Sătic, a place still unknown, but imagined by each and one of us. After a two-hour ride, we had an amazing welcoming, made by the OC, who took care that we have an enriching experience. There were 4 days full of diferent activities, trainings, one more interesting than the other. We learned a lot of new things, we understood what AIESEC means, how to work in a team, to be more sociable and how to give the best of us.

Our expectations were overcomed thanks to the OC and the way they managed to do this confference one of the best.

The last day was a little sad, because we were leaving the ’’dream’s theatre’’, called Sătic.

Totul a început într-o joi de dimineaţă când 13 tineri plini de viaţă,de vise,de speranţe,de idealuri,de aşteptări au plecat spre Sătic, un Sătic neştiut încă, dar imaginat de fiecare în parte.

După un drum de două ore, am avut parte de o primire extraordinară, datorită OC-ului, care a avut grijă să avem o experienţă bogată în cunoştinţe. Au fost 4 zile pline de diverse activităţi, training-uri, unele mai interesante ca altele. Am învăţat multe lucruri noi, am înţeles ce înseamnă AIESEC, cum să lucrezi în echipă, să fim mai sociabili, să fim cât mai buni în ceea ce facem.

Aşteptările noastre au fost depăşite datorită OC-ului şi felului în care au făcut ca această conferinţă să fie una reuşită.

Ziua de duminică a fost un pic tristă pentru că părăseam ‘teatrul viselor’-Sătic.

A new experience, a new memory, a new LTPC. Five days of work and sessions, 4 unslept nights, 100 hours of fun and 1000 things that make smile even now.

But this is only a brief description of the second conference I took part in. I find it hard though, to resume 5 days of involvement, an avalanche of thoughts and emotions triggered by each memory. Everyting is too recent, too alive to be able to point out the essential.

We worked and laughed together, we had fun, we helped and got to know each other. There were moments of tireness and tensions, but what matters a little flick among so many moments of success?!

We managed to make this one of the best experiences ever, in our on way.

O nouă experienţă, o nouă amintire, un nou LTPC ( Local Training Seminar + Local Planning Conference). 5 zile de muncă şi de sesiuni, 4 nopţi nedormite, 100 de ore de distracţie şi 1000 de lucruri care mă fac să zâmbesc chiar şi acum.

Aşa ar suna pe scurt descrierea celei de-a doua conferinţe la care am participat. Îmi este însă greu să rezum 5 zile trăite intens, o avalanşă de gânduri şi trăiri declanşate la fiecare amintire. Totul este prea recent, prea viu pentru a putea selecta esenţialul.

Am muncit şi am râs împreună, ne-am distrat, ne-am ajutat şi ne-am cunoscut. Au fost şi momente de oboseală şi tensiuni, dar ce mai contează un mic bobârnac printre atâtea clipe de reuşită?!

Am reuşit să facem şi de această dată una dintre cele mai antrenante experienţe în stilul nostru caracteristic.

Conclusions

The conference benefited of the best conditions thanks to our Local Partners and especially of our Partners help on this project: GIRAMEX, VEL PITAR, ROMARIA. They have provided financial and educational support confirming once again that companies contribute and participate in the development of young people in Piteşti. AIESEC Piteşti members would like to thank the companies, the partners and all the participants for their involvement and support.

Concluzii

Conferinţa s-a desfăşurat în condiţii bune datorită ajutorului partenerilor noştri locali şi mai ales datorită ajutorului partenerilor pentru acest proiect: GIRAMEX, VEL PITAR, ROMARIA. Aceştia au contribuit prin sprijin material şi educaţional, fapt care dovedeşte că există companii care contribuie şi participă la dezvoltarea tinerilor din Pitesti. Membrii AIESEC Piteşti mulţumesc companiilor, partenerilor şi tuturor participanţilor pentru implicare şi pentru sprijinul acordat.
