STEP 1: LOG IN

• Click dropdown menu to right of “Log

In” and select “Registered AEC”

• Click dropdown menu to right of

“Registered AEC” and select your

business name.

• Type in your password and click

“LOGIN”

This area shows all permits that you are associated with in the City.

All un-resulted inspections will

be displayed here

INSPECTION SCHEDULING

1. Search through inspection list and find inspection that is ready to be scheduled.

2. Click “Schedule”

Note: Inspections available for scheduling will appear with

“Schedule” in the “Date” column.

1. Search through permit list to find permit.

2. Click the “Inspections” tab

3. Click “Schedule” to schedule applicable inspection.

Option 2

Any notes such as alarm code

or lockbox code must go in the “Notes”

box.

Verify date and time prior to clicking

“SUBMIT”Click “SUBMIT” when above

information is correct.

INSPECTING SCHEDULING

Inspection request has been submitted when you see the date appearing in the date column.

Click the red X to cancel the inspection request.

• Once the inspection is requested, City Staff will confirm the Building Inspector’s

availability and will assign the inspection to the Inspector.

• If there is no availability for the date and time requested, City Staff will notify the

contractor and reschedule the inspection as necessary.

Contractor will be able to view the

permit inspection results and notes by

clicking “More Info”.
