DR. ERNST VON KIMAKOWITZ is a global expert in strategy consulting, ethical leadership development, and integration of ethics in board and managerial decision making processes. He has assisted executives to design their moral compasses in England, Switzerland, and Germany, including providing advice on managing stakeholder conflict and stakeholder dialoguing. His scholarly work is grounded in legitimacy and stakeholder engagement as well as integrative economic ethics in service to humanity. Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz has undertaken substantial work in social development and in assessing the impact of private sector foreign direct investment in developing countries. He has lectured and delivered speeches at universities in Switzerland, USA, Colombia, and Japan. Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz is co-founder of the The Humanistic Management Network, and Managing Director of EthicsFirst. He holds a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics (LSE), London, UK, has studied at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany, and Universidad de los Andes, Merida, Venezuela. At University of St Gallen, Switzerland he recently earned a PhD from the University’s Institute for Business Ethics.
