2 Organization profile Organization Chart, Details of Total Manpower, Break-up of man power into Top management & Administration, Technical Managers, Design Engineers, Production Engineers, Skilled workers, semi-skilled workers, QA/QC staff, Sales & marketing, IT staff.

3 Product Profile: Main Product intended to supply, product accreditations (if any), sources of technology, technical collaborations, and Rated Production capacities, Last five years production & sales data, main customers

4 Experience: No of years in business in general. No of years of manufacturing experience of the specific product being proposed for pre-qualification. Qualifications and experience of technical staff including design, production & testing.

5 Machinery used List of main machinery used in the current production line of proposed product, with details of manufacturer name, country of origin, when installed.

Lab & Testing Facilities- List of testing equipment, List of type tests/special tests/routine tests the laboratory can carry-out on the finished product, list of testing equipment used for quality verification of raw-materials /out-sourced components, accreditations of laboratory (if any) by Authorized International Accreditation bodies.

Manufacturing Process Quality procedure for selection of raw materials or components, Main Production process flow chart, details of main manufacturing process , welding and sheet cutting process, painting process, assembly work, testing of sub-assemblies, testing of finished product, etc

8 Quality control - QA/QC Methods & procedures being followed, check-lists used at each stage of production, details of in-process quality checks/testing methods, rates of rejections etc

9 FAT Tests- Details of in-process testing plan documents, product test & inspection procedures, routine tests, visual inspection, and their acceptance criteria, the documents used to record the FAT tests results of the proposed product.

PART-II / Product Related - General

1 An Application in the form of letter Addressed to Director, Electricity Network Affairs

Duly filled-in Pre-qualification Questionnaire for the specific product only (Note: Do not propose range of products or multiple products in one application. If you need to obtain pre-qualification for more than one product, submit separate applications for each individual product)

3 Details of Sales history to Utility companies in GCC and other Countries (details should include names of clients, quantities supplied, date of supply, Capacity/Type/ratings of Panels.

4 Details of Product testimonials/Performance reports/Approvals (if any) received from any Utility Companies in GCC and Other Countries.

5 Copy of Valid ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate (not older than 3-Years from the date of issue).

1 Statement of Compliance/Deviations from manufacturer against each clause (up to the sub-sub clause level) of Kahramaa Specification # ED-02-082 ver-3/2008 (Latest Issue). (Note: Remarks like 'Refer our catalogue, noted or other indirect references are not acceptable.)

Copies of Type Test & Special test Reports covering Di-electric Tests, Short Circuit test, Internal arc tests (IAC-AFLR, 25kA@1 sec), temperature rise test, Type tests of Earth Switches, issued from Independent reputed International testing laboratories (like KEMA/ASTA). (Notes: Each test report should contain full text of the document, partial reports are not acceptable. The test reports shall not be older than 10-years from the date of Issue.

Technical Data Sheets of all types of panels (Transformer feeder, incomer/outgoing feeders, bus-section, directional) Ratings & parameter details, Operational features & procedures, Electrical & mechanical interlocks details, Bus-bar Earthing Procedures, Product Catalogues, etc

Technical Data Sheets, Product Catalogues, and sourcing Details of all components, covering CB truck, Vacuum bottle, CTs, VT, Earth Switches, CVDs, Protection Relays & Test blocks, Indicating Instruments, LV control Switches, Live Phase Indicators & Phase comparator sockets, Phase comparator Instrument, Bus-bar coupling kits, etc

General Arrangement Drawing(s) of each type of panel (Transformer feeder, incomer/outgoing feeders, bus-section, directional) clearly indicating all dimensions, all components & accessories, preferably in A3 Size (Note: The drawings should include all 3-views, dimensions, important sectional views, parts list, ratings & standards, materials used. Simple sketches are not acceptable)

6 Separate Schematic Diagrams of Power (SLD), Protection, Control & Indication circuits, of each type of panel, mentioning all components & accessories, and its symbols, ratings and parts list.

7 Instruction Manuals of Installation, Operation & Maintenance
