    Ethylene o(ide as is ta)en as sterilization medium, which can )ill all

    )inds o# micro!e virus sporan ium !acillus and propa ator with its

    stron penetra!ility !road-spectrum. Ethylene o(ide as can per#orm its

    #unction under lower temperature without dama e to the materials

    sterilized. So it is widely used in medical sanitary trade units and

    !an) archeolo y archive and culture relic departments, and appears its

    special advanta es in sterilization #or those with #ear o# heat humidity

    and erosion.

    A. Health and safety information

    Read this manual carefully before use. Pure EO, as the

    medium for this series of sterilizer, is inflammable and explosive. So

    operators must be trained before going at the equipment.

    7asement # the installation is on the round or in a pitch, the

    consideration must !e made whether the #loor is to !econsolidated.

    the e"uipment is to !e separated in order to minimize noise and

    heat radiation to the operation room. 0 ventin system is needed

    to insure over ten times air e(chan e in hour to control

    environmental temperature and humidity #or sa#ety operation.

    Fraina e $he draina e pipeline is #or microscale water

    dischar e o# the compressed air supply system, i# installed in the

    room, to which a type o# so#t pipe in proper diameter should !e

    applied to lead the water #rom #ilters, #reezin air dryer to the

    ditch, while these pipes must !e )ept throu h.

    0ir e(haust8 E(haust o# compressed air and residue EO as

    0 separate air ti ht pipe is needed #or this to lead out o# the room,

    where no in#lamma!le and e(plosive o!/ects, no people, no windows

    and other air inlets within 6 meters all around. $he pipe should !e )ept

    $he door consists o# the door !oard, loc) system, #lap, door cover,

    handle, sa#ety loc) system and control components, etc.

    1 %oor opening direction

    $he operational end is called the #ront door, the other end is called the

    !ac) door only #or dou!le door models :ormally the #ront door is

    opened to the ri ht and the !ac) to the le#t.

    #or compressed air to seal the door. ts material composition, shape

    dei ned, correct installation and maintenance are important to its normal

    wor) and li#e. $he sealin ru!!er adopted is made o# silicon ru!!er o#

    special #ormulary, its sta!ility and relia!ility can !e uaranteed under hi h

    temperature wor)in condition.

    &rinciple8 $he as)et is installed in the s"uare loop slot on the #rontend o# the main !ody. +hen compressed air enters the slot, a certain

    de ree o# pressure will pull the ru!!er out to meet the door and to seal it.

    +hen vacuum pump vacuums the slot, the ru!!er will !e pulled !ac) to

    release the door #or open.

    Maintenance $he #ollowin #actors may in#luence the lon evity o#

    the airproo# ru!!er, which should !e prevented.

    Sa#ety valve8 it is an automatically reduce pressure and warnin

    device. +hen the cham!er pressure is over than setup value, sa#etyvalve will open. +hen the cham!er pressure decrease to pressureminimum limit, sa#ety valve will close.

    $here is a sprin sa#ety valve in the cham!er, when operate wron ly or pressure is a!normal, it will protect.

    can display the actual pressure value so the operator could operate

    correctly and ma)e the sterilizer run. $here are two au es on the #ront
