About the Authors

Alpana Trehan is an educationist whose areas of interest include International Business, Economics, and Finance. She is the member of Board of Studies, Faculty of Management, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She is a selfdirected person who heads the Hospital Administration Program. In addition, she has been the instructor of Higher Command Course and Senior Command Course in Army War College, Mhow. She has 25 years of experience in teaching management subjects at the post graduation level. At present, she is working as an associate professor in Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University.
