Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC)

As one of the five small businesses under contract through the ETSC program, ECS provides innovative training and training technology solutions and services training assistance for military and civilians in contingency operations. As Prime Contractor, ECS facilitates Program Management, supporting customer objectives in specific areas including Aviation, Medical, and Logistics. The ECS team has developed a wide range of training solutions spanning a variety of domains relevant to Performance Improvement in Immersive Training, Aviation & Aerospace, Medical Simulations, and Logistics & Transportation, including but not limited to:

CURRENT ETSC TASK ORDERSECS provides Senior Instructor/Operators and Knowledge Wall Maintenance personnel in support of the 2nd Infantry Division’s (2ID) gunnery trainers and training exercises. ECS personnel provide the M1A2 Abrams Advanced Gunnery Training System (AGTS) and M2A3 Bradley Advanced Training System (BATS), as well as Senior Instructor/Operator Support in order to facilitate crew member skills training, both technical and tactical, for the Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) supported gunnery trainer simulators. In addition, they provide Training and Development capability, and Knowledge-Wall, Infra-red (IR) Translation and VTC Equipment Maintenance.

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) - Instructor Operators provide Aviation Simulation Instructor/Operators to support Flight Simulator Instructor/Operator Training on the AH-64 Apache Longbow Crew Trainer and the CH-47F Chinook Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulators in Indonesia, South Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivering invaluable detainee operations training and exercises to the 5th Army Brigade Task Force, Detainee Operations Training Support Services provides training to certify mobilizing Reserve Component units in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel, Operation Resolute Support and Guantanamo Bay Operations, at Fort Bliss, Texas. By delivering critical instruction regarding the most current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, Warfighters strengthen the skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and support United States foreign relations and national security objectives.

ECS delivers Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (DSCA) Training Support Services by providing instructors to assist military and government service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training; classroom training events; and individual and collective training support programs at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This training prepares key leaders, individuals and units, and staff/headquarters elements to perform their missions, as well as successfully plan, coordinate, and execute DSCA operations according to established principles.

ECS provides Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise (CRE) Training Support Services by delivering qualified support to training and training events, providing backup to U.S. Army North (ARNORTH) personnel, writing scenarios, and by supporting the execution of ARNORTH training events at Ft. Sam Houston, TX, and traveling to various government facilities throughout the United States. ECS provides qualified individuals with CBRN response technical expertise and knowledge of the National Response Framework (NRF), National Incident Management System (NIMs), and Incident Command System (ICS), as well as provides support to Civil Authorities for CBRN planning, training, evaluation and training programs. Services include training planning, training development, training control and training observations, and evaluations in addition to support for post-training assessment of joint CBRN Response Enterprise Confirmatory training events.
