In contemporary business environment, rather than a formulaic managerial approach, today we require managerial models that help to honor more holistic comprehensive view of self and the world based on key patterns of human experience, and human relationships in order to deal with day to day managerial problems and uncertainty.

There is an intense need to develop a comprehensive personality capable of blending outer and inner self so as to develop the goals and values of business management.

In this perspective, self-discovery and self-awareness are essential to develop the capacity to lead. And a core component in that process includes personal relection and analysis of our own behaviours as leaders and what actions we can take to improve our effectiveness.

Leadership includes not only a set of skills that capture our awareness of our own emotions but also the emotions of others and how we use this awareness to manage ourselves effectively and form quality relationships.

Great leaders don’t shy away from the truth. They know how to integrate what people think, what they want to hear, and how they want to hear it with the facts. This makes people feel respected and valued and thus give them competitive advantage over others.
