    Weaknesses??Well, in the past I sometime

    used to procrastinate a little. There was timeswhen I used to put things off until the last

    minute, when completing an essay for

    example. But I realised that perhaps this

    wasntthe most effective way of working andso I started setting a strictschedule for allmy

    projects well in advance and set myself

    personal deadlines. Using a schedule has

    really helped me and Im much betterorganised now and able to take on more

    projects at the same time
