CONCLUSIONS

Endovascular repair of choice.

Good early results and during follow up.

Safely selecting patients for nonoperative or

delayed repair is challenging and requires

accurate assesment of lesion grade

TYPE I: conservative management.

TYPE II, III: delayed repair (semielective)

TYPE IV: emergency treatment
