Subject: Letter of Endorsement for Shubhanshu Mishra for the Office of Local Committee President, AIESEC in IIT Kharagpur, 2011-12

It gives me immense pleasure to endorse Shubhanshu Mishra for the position of Local Committee President of AIESEC IIT KGP. Over the past six months that I have worked with Shubhanshu in my capacity as his commission head, I have seen him adapt to growing changes in AIESEC India with perfection in his role as the Vice President Communication and Information Management of AIESEC IIT KGP.

Performance backed with humility is what makes Shubhanshu the amazing individual that he is. Overwhelming warmth combined with a bundle of enthusiasm is what one gets in a quick conversation with him. As the Vice President Communication and Information Management he did a truly commendable job by setting a benchmark in online marketing and utilization of information systems in the country.

His contribution to the organization not just at the local but also at the national level is invaluable. He now stands tall with a whole lot of learning and experience backing him that would make him a global leader tomorrow. I see immense potential in Shubhanshuand believe him to be an inspiring, mature and grounded leader. I believe he has a clear idea of where the local committee should be heading and what needs to be done to get there.

It is for the above mentioned reasons that I feel that he would make an ideal candidate for the Local Committee President of AIESEC IIT Kharagpur.
