The Emerging Leader Series program is designed through modules that are delivered over two 40-min virtual sessions eachmodule. The best practice is 1 class every two weeks over 8-months.  This keeps leaders engaged and applying learning onthe job, resulting in leader behavior change.    Each module focuses on simple, actionable skills, tools, out of class assignmentsand challenges that promote skill and tool usage on the job.      The curriculum is flexible for any training timeline and delivery method.  Our Onsite option is two 1-day events, 3 monthsapart with monthly follow-up sessions to ensure skill growth and application in-between and after class.
