and live in peace with its people.

Welcoming God, at times, the road of life can be a dry, lonely place.

A lonely road we travel, always on the lookout for signs of danger

and signs of hope. With open arms, we are welcomed into God’s house,

finding a reprieve from the road and its hazards. We delight as we reconnect with each other

and celebrate the bounty God showers upon us as we worship today.

We turn to you, knowing that you understand us,

forgive us, and love us like a Mother, and so we sing with confidence and faith,
