Pedal-assisted systems

Our IBS system (Integrated Bottom Bracket System) optimizes the balance of electrical components’ additional weight by integrating the engine control unit and the torque sensor in a compact unit next to the pedals (A). Hence the motor applies force directly on the chain simulating a constant pedaling (B). Additionally, battery’s location (C) in front of the rear wheel sets the gravity center in a centered and low position, improving stability and conduction while being hidden from the user's eyes.

IBS

(Front Drive System) The motor is located in the front wheel axis (A) and the torque sensor in the area of the pedals (B) thus getting a front wheel drive which gives a sense of boost during the start. Also, the FDS system incorporates a regeneration option. This is to say, motor’s location on the front wheel enables the use of the wheel inertia during the braking process to recharge the battery optimizing user's effort .

FDS

RDS (Rear Drive System) revolutionary system places the engine in the rear wheel (1) and integrates the battery (3) in the frame of the bicycle, going unnoticed. Its compact motor of 350W is limited to 250W which smoothes engine use and eliminates completely the noise at times of extreme use. The torque sensor (2) located in the frame’s rear leg records the force exerted by the user. The sensor sends a signal to the controller (4) so the engine can help the user in the pedaling according to the chosen level of assistance. This process is immediate. Removable LCD display. (5) The battery is removable and rechargeable. It is a lithium ion Samsung 324Wh (36V/9Ah) battery (3) and is fully integrated into the bike frame. It incorporates refresh function.
