1. Log in to myNGconnect with your username and password (if students have individual log ins through the district, if not, use links provided in this email).

2. Click on menu symbol on right, choose Student Edition.

3. Select the book you are assigned (Fundamentals for ELD Beginning, Level A for

Intermediate)

4. On left, choose the unit you are in.

5. In unit, find and read:

b. Essential question c. Vocabulary workshop c. Language workshop

6. For Fundamentals and Levels A when you see a speaker , listen to story.

7. For Levels A (ELD Intermediate), click on the menu symbol and choose Comprehension Coach. (This is not available for EDGE Fundamentals for ELD Beginning)

A. Choose the selection you are reading.

B. Record yourself reading, and respond to the questions. (if students have

individual log ins through the district).

C. Click on the symbol to answer comprehension questions.
