Elastaseal™RoofWaterproofingSystemshavebeendeveloped tosolvetheproblemsassociatedwiththe long-termwaterproofingofflatroofs,pitchedroofsandgutters.

Theyprovide flexible, durable, long-lastingprotection for up to 25yearsbefore first fullmaintenance, dependinguponwhich systemisspecified.

The systems provide a cold liquid applied, breathable, seamlessfinish,whichmoveswiththeroofandallowsvapourreleasefromtheexistingsubstrate.

When used in combination with the appropriate insulation andvapourcontrol layer,awarmroofingsystemcanbeeasilycreated.Thesewarmroofsaredesignedtoallowcompliancewiththebuildingregulations(PartL)andincreasethethermalefficiencyofthebuilding,whichinturnreducescarbonemissions.
