About Us

The Renmark Club is located in the beautiful Riverland of South Australia, A three hour drive from Adelaide situated right on the banks of the magnificent River Murray.

The Renmark Club offers breathtaking views all year round, with winter showing off the golden colours of the willows reflecting in the calm flow of the river, whilst the summer sun, blue skies and bright

colours of the greenery against the water make for the perfect postcard picture.

A new marina out the front of the Club offers easy access after an adventurous day cruising the river to come in and enjoy our ample facilities.

The Club is a fully licensed venue, with a large attractive indoor dining room,

function center, alfresco balcony, excellent bar facilities and a separate gaming room.

Established in 1909, undergoing major renovations in 2006 & 2012, The Club has well and truly proven it is an awarding winning destination for weddings, corporate events, holiday makers and locals. The Function room has its own dedicated entry foyer, which also allows for private functions to be held

completely independent of all other general Club activities.

Cash Bar Your guests purchase their own drinks

Subsidised Drinks Your guests pay a nominated amount for each drink they order and the remaining cost is added to your TAB. Like normal TABS you can set the limit & nominate the drinks available.

WE RECOMMEND

8 Large platters of finger food. Each platter serves 10-15 people.

Make a selection from our fantastic platter menu, with 16 different varieties to choose from. Your platters will come out to your guests at a time of your choosing.

Subsidized Bar Tab

Give your guests the luxury of cheap drinks, while you cover only half the cost of their drink. You decide how much your guests pay. $2 wine, $3 beer, its all up to you.

You are in total control of your TAB, just tell our staff your limit and they will keep you informed every step of the way.

WE TAKE CARE OF

Everything listed below is included in your room hire Bar Tenders & Waitresses: all the staff you need with everything covered.

Security Guards: 2 guards for 4 hours, keeping your guests safe and gate crashers out. Private Toilet & Bar facilities: of course!

Private balcony access: just for you and your guests. Mood Lighting: everything you need to get the party started. Light up your balcony space with our fantastic string lighting.

Dance Floor: dance the night away on our movable dance floor, have it positioned anywhere in your space. Projector & Screen: connect any device for a continuous video photo loop.

Speakers: plug in your ipod and be your own DJ. Menus: our staff will create drink menus for your guests to see what's on offer.

Room Setup: your room, your choice. We will setup your room to the configuration of your choice.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

DJ Hire (4 hours): you are free to use your own DJ or simply plug in your iPod using our speakers, but for an additional fee we can hire a great DJ suited to your music tastes.

HOME vs VENUE

Should I have my 21st Birthday at home or a venue? This will be one of the first questions you start with. The Renmark Club 100% recommends hiring a venue. Having your 21st birthday at a venue takes a huge amount of stress

off you and your parents. For example having your function at The Renmark Club means it is all organised for you: sound system, dance floor, drinks and catering. The list just goes on. The last thing you want to be doing is running around on the day of your birthday making sure you have enough ice, food, napkins, toilet paper etc. at home for your guests.

Our function staff will be with you every step of the way, that means you can ask as many questions as you like and they will be in regular contact with friendly reminders of when you need to finalise details.

Finally; No clean up! That’s right, all you have to do is turn up, have an amazing night and leave the clean up to us. Too easy!

Birthday Packages Room Hire 1/4 club $350

1/2 club $500 150 guest minimum for 1/2 club

A $500 deposit is required prior to your event to secure your date. If your total final bill is less then this amount you will be refunded the difference. Cancellations less then 2 weeks prior or events held on Friday & Saturdays will not be given a refund.

Terms & Conditions RSA & UNDERAGE GUESTS The Renmark Club prides itself on its responsible service of alcohol policy and in turn the reputation of its club facilities. Please be aware that whilst you are at the club, you are on a licensed premises and as such, intoxication is not permitted. It is the responsibility of both the staff and those present at the function to adhere to this policy and any intox-icated persons will be asked to leave the premises. We ask for your utmost co-operation in this matter to ensure an enjoyable event for all guests. We are happy to cater for underage guests at The Renmark Club. Please be aware that minors are required by law to be in the company and immediate presence of a parent or legal guardian at all times on licensed premises and must remain in an authorised are of the club. These include our private function room, general dining area and alfresco areas. PAYMENTS A $500 deposit in full must be paid within 14 days of making your booking to secure the private function area. This fee will be put towards the total cost of your function. If this amount is less than $500 you will be refunded the excess. CATERING Neither you nor your guests are allowed to bring food or beverages onto the premises unless agreed by the club. While the prices for food and beverages are current at the time of any written quotation they are subject to change by us at your cost until the final prices are confirmed in writing by the club. PERFORMANCE SOUND LEVELS The club reserves the right to control sounds levels at your function. As the club is a multi-use venue, sound cannot be guaranteed and no liability will be accepted. DAMAGES TO THE PREMISES You will not affix any matter or thing to, or hang any matter or thing from, any part of the function rooms or from any fixture or item of furniture therein without the prior consent of the Club. You are responsible for and indemnify the Club in respect to any damage to the premises or to any persons on the premises including personal in juries by your guests, employees, contractors, agents or other persons and you undertake to promptly indemnify the Club. PROHIBITIONS Except with prior approval of the Club, confetti, confetti substitutes or glitter are not permitted in any area of the premises. An additional cleaning fee determined by the club will apply is these are used. No flammable liquids or other dangerous substances shall be brought onto the premises, unless approved otherwise by the Club. No live ammunition, gun powder or fireworks used for special effects shall be brought on the premises without prior approval from the club. For WH&S reasons smoke and dry ice machines are not permitted. Breaking of plates or glassware for cultural reason is not permitted.
