EIC USER MANUAL FOR INSTALLING CITRIX DESKTOP CLIENT IN MAC

1- Go to https://eic.fiu.edu/, select tab “EIC Apps”, select option “EIC APPS Login”

2- Login with your Novell credentials

3- Check the Citrix License Agreement and proceed to Install

4- Save the CitrixReceiver.dmg file to download it

5- Find the downloaded CitrixReceiver.dmg file and click it to begin the installation process

6- Installation process steps as follows

7- Once the Citrix Receiver is installed it must be activated (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)

From the website deploy the menu below your username, and select option “Activate”

8- The activation process goes as follows

9- After activated, the Citrix Receiver Desktop client will automatically open. Now you can begin to

add applications.

Your favorite apps will show

automatically in your “Citrix

Workspace”
