Murugayah has over 26 years of varied experience in the corporate world and over 15 years in the training eld. Having obtained his MBA from the University of East London, UK, he is an experienced and dynamic leadership and mo va onal trainer, consultant and speaker covering a wide spectrum of topics. He is a cer ed NLP prac oner, Hypnosis and Time Line TM Therapist as well as a NLP Coach. He is a member of the American Board of NLP prac oners (ABNLP), American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), and the Time Line Therapy TM Associa on (TLTA). He ac vely uses all the concepts including NLP (Neuro Linguis c Programming) and ALP (Accelerated Learning Principles) in training programmes that he conducts, to enhance the learning outcomes and eec veness among the par cipants. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Hypnosis and has completed the Neuro Seman cs NLP programme which deals with Meta NLP structures obtaining his cer ca on as ISNS-NLP prac oner. He is also a well-known and competent Speaker/Trainer and has conducted an extensive number of in-house programmes and public seminars in Malaysia for manufacturing and service organisa ons. Registra on is on a rst-come rst-served basis. Cheques made in favour of the FMM Ins tuteshould be forwarded one week before the commencement of the programme. Completed registra on form, that is faxed, mailed or e-mailed to FMM Ins tute, would be deemed as conrmed. All cancella ons must be made in wri ng. There will be no charge for cancella on received 10 or more working days before the start of the programme. Cancella on received 6 9 working days before the start of the programme is subject to a cancella on fee of 50% of the course fees. Cancella on received 5 working days and below before the start of the programme is subject to a cancella on fee of 100% of the course fees. If the par cipant fails to a end the programme, the full course fees are payable. However, replacement can be accepted at no addi onal cost. 10% group discount is applicable for registra on of three (3) or more par cipants from the same organisa on and of the same billing source. The FMM Ins tute reserves the right to change the facilitator, reschedule or cancel the programme and all eorts will be taken to inform par cipants of the changes.
