GENERAL INFORMATIONGENERAL INFORMATIONWHO's INVITED?:WHO's INVITED?: Everyone who has been a part of Educo, or has always wanted to, is welcome to come and help us celebrate!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SHOULD I RSVP?:SHOULD I RSVP?: YES! For a current master list of attendees please see here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=plv2vR-Qz3yWPFfwiIIuENA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHAT's HAPPENING?:WHAT's HAPPENING?: For a basic outline of activities, see the EDUCOFEST SCHEDULE. Educofest will be an open, creative and collaborative process with everyone who shows up! There will be routine meetings to help design, organize and sign-up for activities, like programs, skits, dish parties, site work , cooking etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------HOW WILL THE FOOD, ACCOMODATION AND PARKING WORK? HOW WILL THE FOOD, ACCOMODATION AND PARKING WORK? All guests are asked to come self-sufficient. There will be an EDUCOFEST Camp: an area that will be designated for our guests to set up for the July 9-12 time. We ask that guests come with sleeping supplies, tents, cooking supplies (stoves too!) and food to be self-sufficient while you're here. Educo will provide all dinners and breakfast on Sunday, but guests are asked to provide their own breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, July 10 and 11. Please see the meal plan on the EDUCOFEST SCHEDULE: visit http://issuu.com/educo/docs/educofest_schedule.We encourage our guests to create small cooking groups. Educo will be arranging to set up shelters at the EDUCOFEST Camp for communal cooking and for guests who choose to sleep without tents. Please choose zero-waste, low-impact camping methods. Guests may choose to stay at a motel or hotel in town. A shuttle will run in and out once daily for guests who need a ride from town.
