Tri–colour celebrations at Lemon Tree

Lemon Tree celebrated the Independence Day with great pomp and fervor. Dressed in Indian

outfits and colors, staff at all hotels proudly hoisted the National Flag. This was followed by myriad activities organized to commemorate this occasion. While some hotels held cultural programs, others organized theme lunches and competitions. While some rode on bicycles carrying social messages, others decided to share their joy with an NGO. What ever was the manner, the staff of Lemon Tree surely wore their patriotic hearts on their sleeves and drenched in the Rang de Basanti spirit!

Kudos to Shakul Pant (Director of Sales), Srinivas Kadadi (Executive Assistant Manager), Syed Abbas (Deputy Security Manager), Arjun Malik(Assistant Manager Sales), Bhaskar Mandal(Front Office Executive) and Shravan Kumar (Security Executive) for going beyond their call of duty to keep the ethos of Lemon Tree flying high.

From LTPHY1 Files S. Nagalakshmi had just completed her shift and was about to go home at 12:30 am when a large group of boys returned to the hotel after partying and started ordering food in IRD. The orders started to flow back to back and the limited restaurant staff panicked. Seeing this, Lakshmi not only stayed back to pitch in and manage the orders in absence of her senior colleagues but also along with Pronoy Adhikari juggled the midnight rush extremely well, including payment processing (as mode of payment was direct). Well done both of you, for not just stepping ahead to help your teammates but also for showing how good teamwork and determination can accomplish the toughest of tasks.

Hi all, It’s been a year since I became a part of the Lemon Tree family. It’s been a wonderful journey for me so far as I have thoroughly enjoyed carrying news about all sister hotels to you each month. I would however, love to know what you think of me? Do you like my content? Do you like the sections I write? Would you suggest I did something more to look better and sound better?

Do send me your feedback at [email protected]

As always, I look forward to hearing from you!!
