Having been involved in the dairy industry for the last 10 years in various roles, Clint found the opportunity he was looking for that would allow him to contribute to real change and joined the AgFirst team in June 2018. In the time that he was dairy farming he built a wide range of skills outside of the farm gate, predominately through a range of roles and courses, including the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme and Institute of Directors. These have led me to become involved in New Zealand National Fieldays Society, New Zealand Young Farmers and Federated Farmers among other things. Now I am excited to return to life as a rural professional and put these skills to good use.
