What is the secret?Ecopilot® optimises energy in your buildings in a new way, based on award winning

research from KTH. This is achieved by optimising existing installations in order

to extract the most power possible. It does not matter which control and

regulation system you have installed, Ecopilot® is compatible with all systems

and effectively integrates as an energy optimising module. Once Ecopilot®

is installed, the building’s optimisation of heating, cooling and ventilation

systems can commence, taking into account the building’s thermal

storage capacity, internal energy contribution and future weather.

This means that Ecopilot® will optimise reference values in real

time of the heating, ventilation and the cooling systems. This

results in a dynamic impact on the flow in the heating system,

acceleration of the ventilation when it is needed and so on.

In this way, the Operations Manager of the property can

spend time on other areas, secure in the knowledge that

Ecopilot is performing effectively around- the-clock.

Like eco-driving, but for properties. Traditional control and regulating products find it difficult to make different systems collaborate. This

results in properties stepping on the gas and breaking either unnecessarily or even at the same time.

With Ecopilot® this problem is solved. The average energy savings for our customers is 22% (heating),

Ecopilot® is an innovative technical solution, but in practice

it simplifies everyday life for everyone involved, from property

owners to caretakers. In order to perform the work which

Ecopilot® does, it would be necessary to hire around-the-clock

engineers, who do nothing but work with energy optimisation.

The day to day life of facilities personnel becomes more efficient

and time can be spent on the business critical functions.

Ecopilot® is an essential tool for meeting conservation targets

which may have been set, providing a clear path to follow and

enabling you to achieve your goals. At the same time, problem

areas can be identified and rectified before becoming a

concern.

ENERGY AND CLIMATE AGREEMENTMany customers choose to include our Ecopilot® Energy and

climate agreement which delivers advanced monitoring and

optimisation of the property’s energy system. Your provided

with this service anyway in year one as part of our installation,

based on the results, we’re confident you’ll choose to retain it.

You will then have access to a personal energy engineer who

will familiarise themself with your property and together, you

will develop the building with Ecopilot® Analysis as the tool.

We have incorporated a user friendly analysis tool into the main

unit’s interface enabling users to manage their properties

see savings in real time. It will give you a total overview of the

energy consumption and indoor climate as well as full control

of the building. For example, you can see whether the week’s

energy consumption has been normal, whether the energy

targets will be achieved and whether your occupants have the

correct temperature.

So far, Ecopilot® installations have reduced CO2 emissions

by more than 10,000 tonnes per year. This is equivalent

to approximately 20,000 cars driving 25,000 miles each.

With Ecopilot® you will get an “eco-driven” building, which

contributes to fulfilling the EU’s 2020 targets. Ecopilot®
