Competition T&Cs: The Promotion is open to all children from Gr R to Gr 7. Children should colour-in the template provided and place it in the competition entry box at the participating BUCO store. The competition closes on Sunday, 6 May 2018 at 12H00. Any entries received after this date will not be included in the competition. All entries must have the entry form completed in full. A judging panel, chosen at the discretion of BUCO, will select the winning entry and runners up based on the most imaginative entries. All entrants agree to permit their entries to be displayed in the BUCO Stores. All entrants agree to permit copies of their entries to be used by BUCO in print and online formats for promotional purposes. The parent or legal guardian of the winner and runner up will be contacted by telephone and the prize will be handed over on a date agreed. BUCO holds the right to contact competition entrants via phone for the sole purpose of notifying competition winners and to attain delivery details, etc. No purchase is necessary for the entry into the competition. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes. Should any prize element be unavailable at the time of booking, BUCO reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
